Approve a video's storyboard

approve_storyboard, in Changes: A connection or key that may make changes. None spends credits; prepare_* and stage tools (research, brainstorm, write_script, review, generate_clip, voice, storyboard) prepare paid work for confirm_spend.

Looks good: approve the scenes' stills a video waits for you to look over (get_video's waitingOnYou, kind storyboard), as planned, naming its run and revision; the clips are made from them. A newer storyboard is refused: look at it first. Another framing, or a note on a scene, is chosen in the studio.
