Actors and voices are made with AI
The people and voices in Probably's videos are synthetic unless you bring your own. Don't present them as real customers, real reviewers or real people who used your product.
Real people, characters and footage
You can feature real people, public figures and characters, use any voice, and work from any footage, music or reference video your video calls for. You're responsible for the rights and permissions your use needs where you publish it, and for each platform's rules on synthetic media.
Make honest ads
- Follow the advertising rules of each platform you publish on, and the advertising law where your ads run.
- Label AI-generated content and paid partnerships wherever a platform or the law asks you to.
- Don't make claims about a product that aren't true or that you can't back up, such as health results, earnings or before-and-after results.
- Don't present a scripted ad as an independent review, or invent testimonials.
What you can't make
- Anything illegal, or ads for illegal products and services.
- Sexual content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Hateful, harassing or violent content, or content that targets people for who they are.
- Scams, fraud, or misleading content about elections, health or public safety.
- Content that shares someone's private information without permission.
How we enforce it
The AI providers we use run their own safety checks and may refuse a request. When one does, the studio tells you. Anyone with a share link can report a video, and we review reports. We may turn off share links, remove content, or suspend accounts that break this policy or our terms.
Report a problem
If you think a Probably video uses your likeness or work in a way you didn't agree to, or breaks this policy, email hi@probably.co with a link to it.
