Approve a video's voice

approve_listen, in Changes: A connection or key that may make changes. None spends credits; prepare_* and stage tools (research, brainstorm, write_script, review, generate_clip, voice, storyboard) prepare paid work for confirm_spend.

Sounds right: approve the voice a video waits for you to hear (get_video's waitingOnYou, kind listen), naming its run and revision. Its flagged words are kept for the voice, and the clips start. A newer voice is refused: listen to it first.
